Referral Programme Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Referral Programme is available to eligible NeedyShare clients who have successfully registered an account and complied with the applicable KYC Policy, AML Policy, Investment Policy, and Terms & Conditions.

To qualify for referral rewards, the referred client must complete a qualifying investment in accordance with this Referral Programme.

2. Self-Referral Prohibited

Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

Clients must not create, use, or control multiple accounts, cloned accounts, or accounts registered under another person's identity for the purpose of obtaining referral rewards.

NeedyShare reserves the right to request identity verification, proof of ownership, or any additional supporting documentation at any time to confirm compliance with this policy.

Any breach of this policy may result in the suspension or permanent cancellation of referral rewards and/or user accounts.

3. Fraud & Duplicate Account Policy

NeedyShare operates automated and manual fraud detection systems to identify suspicious activities, duplicate accounts, and referral abuse.

4. Qualifying Investment Requirement

Referral rewards are not earned by making a fund deposit alone.

5. Referral Rewards

Referral rewards are based on the referred client's first qualifying investment.

All referral rewards are subject to verification, eligibility requirements, and these Referral Programme Terms & Conditions.

6. Bonus Credit Time

Once the referred client's qualifying investment has been successfully activated, the applicable referral reward and welcome bonus (where eligible) will normally be credited automatically to the respective accounts.

In certain circumstances, additional verification or operational processing may be required, which could result in a delay to the crediting of rewards.

7. Referral Bonus Withdrawal

Once credited, referral rewards will become available within the client's wallet balance.

Eligible referral rewards may be withdrawn or transferred at any time, subject to the applicable Withdrawal Policy, Wallet Policy, and Terms & Conditions.

8. Company Rights

NeedyShare reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Programme at any time.
• Increase, reduce, or discontinue any referral reward or bonus.
• Reject, cancel, reverse, or deduct any referral reward where fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, policy breaches, or eligibility concerns are identified.
• Request additional verification or supporting documentation at any time.
• Suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of this Referral Programme or any applicable company policy.

All decisions made by NeedyShare regarding the Referral Programme shall be final and binding, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Acceptance

By participating in the NeedyShare Referral Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Referral Programme Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable Investment Policy, Withdrawal Policy, AML & KYC Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions.
